NOVA M21-1 Subscription Service is Now Available! Sign Up Today!

Did you know that in the last several months…….

  • VA updated its M21-1 guidance to address application of the presumption of aggravation to claims based on ADT and IADT?
  • VA updated its M21-1 guidance on handling Intent to File (ITF) claims?
  • VA updated its M21-1 guidance clarifying examination requests for CAVC remanded appeals?
  • VA updated its M21-1 guidance on evaluating joint conditions under 38 C.F.R. 4.59?

If you were a subscriber to NOVA’s M21-1 update service, you would know! In late 2015, VA launched its “live” M21-1 Adjudication Procedures Manual.  Every week, VA makes numerous changes to the content of this manual. Some of the changes are administrative in nature; others can impact the case you are working on today.

NOVA offers a paid subscription service to provide details about the substance of the changes being made to the M21-1 and provide a searchable PDF document of these changes.  We are offering a tiered payment system, depending on the size of your practice, with the option of paying on a monthly basis or a yearly basis (at a discounted price). These emails will be sent approximately once a week.
