NOVA will hold its next webinar – Understanding Extraschedular (TDIU) Ratings – on February 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. NOVA Founding Member Kenneth M. Carpenter, renowned Veterans attorney and nationally recognized speaker, will present the session. NOVA President Glenda Herl will serve as moderator for the event.
This presentation will cover the three ways to seek an extraschedular rating, total ratings under 38 C.F.R. §§ 4.16(a) and (b), and less than total ratings under 38 C.F.R. § 3.321(b)(1). There will be a discussion of the case law as well as strategies for developing your case to increase the chances for an award.
