On July 25, 2016, VA began a national marketing campaign to veterans about the compensation and pension (C&P) examination process. The campaign, slated to last for approximately the next 11 months, is intended to educate veterans about the process and prepare them for their exams. VA plans to conduct this campaign through direct email, public service announcements, videos, digital marketing, and community/partnership engagement. Veterans and their families are being directed to the VA’s C&P exam webpage HERE. This effort is designed to further one of Secretary McDonald’s 12 “Breakthrough Priorities” for 2016, which includes improving the C&P experience for veterans.
