With accreditation by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a license by the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, I help veterans at every stage at any regional office, from initial claim to filing an appeal with the CAVC for those who aren't ready to give up when the BVA ignores that critical piece of evidence. As a member of the Veterans Pro Bono Consortium, VSOs refer me federal appeals they don't have the expertise to handle. With this track record, I am also a member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates. As a disabled veteran, I understand first hand the obstacles faced in obtaining a fair rating.
