My name is Alan Watt and I am a VA Accredited Claims Agent; a claims expert as part of a team of professionals at Veterans Disability Aid, Inc. I am an advocate and representative on behalf of claimants before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA). Nothing gives me as much pride as being able to say that I help US veterans and their families get the benefits that they rightfully deserve. By using my experience and knowledge of federal veterans law, rules & regulations, I am grateful to have served hundreds of veterans who sacrificed so much for our country. The sad truth is that too often, VA claims are wrongfully denied. Sometimes a denial is due to a clear and unmistakable error and it should have never occurred.
