Tom served over 27 years in the Minnesota Army National Guard as a judge advocate, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. A veteran himself, Tom served two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has been admitted to practice in Minnesota since 1996 and has been practicing VA disability appeals exclusively since 2013. Accredited representative before the VA. Admitted to practice in Minnesota, the Federal District for Minnesota and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
